The majority of Mr. Apats’ development and construction experience involved the commercial sector including office buildings, retail centers, warehousing, condominiums and institutional facilities such as schools, hospitals and scientific research facilities. Direct experience includes construction inspections, preconstruction services, design build consultation, estimating, scheduling, construction management, dispute resolution and expert witness testimony. Mr. Apat oversaw over 1,500 construction projects as a General Contractor including work for major hospitals and numerous financial institutions.  His repeat clients are a testament to his quality of work and expertise.
